Solution:

With regards to “Evertime: ‘Candidate must be over 15’. Relates to: ‘Date_Of_Birth’.” this is caused by the Candidate not having a valid Date Of Brith in CentricFlow.

You must ensure the candidate has a valid date of birth on CentricFlow, which is greater that 15 years old.

This needs to be updated in the Candidate Basic Details > Additional Details section.

Then enter a valid Date Of Birth and then try again.
