If you try to create a candidate Profile Snapshot with a Profile image and the image is showing in Landscape orientation instead of Portrait orientation, then you need to follow these steps to fix this issue:
- Go to the candidate details page
- Right-click on the Candidate Profile image
- Then click on Save image As…
- Save the image to your computer
- Then open the downloaded image with Paint
- Resize the image to be no wider than 500 pixels (width)
- Save the image as JPEG on your computer
- Then on the candidate details page click on Profile Picture Browse button
- Select the new resized image
- Then click on Open
- Click on Save button to update the candidate details
- When the “Updated Candidate basic details successfully!” message appears
- Click on Profile Snapshot and select Profile Photo
- Then click Download
- This should have fixed the issue
