What’s New or Changed
- Booking Plan: Booking Validation: We have created an additional set of knowledgebase articles on the Training: Getting to know the Booking Plan training series to explain the rules for adding a booking and how to tackle resolving the issues.
- Onboarding Additional Questions: We now allow agencies to specify up to 20 additional questions when registering a candidate, with the option to allow you to make some of them mandatory. You can review how this works with our training guide.
- Umbrella External ID Mapping: We have changed the location for the mapping of the External ID to use the External ID field now and not the Company Number field.
- Manual Combi Downloads: We have now removed the flag when downloading the timesheets, so when you download the Timesheet Combi, you are no longer marking them as exported, allowing it to be downloaded multiple times.
- Off-Payroll (IR35) Booking: We have added an option to track the status when adding a booking.
- e-Timesheet Terminology Update: We have updated the e-Timesheet to add clarity on the hours, it now shows as Approved Times, rather than Submitted Times.
- Evertime Disconnect: We have added the option to allow you to turn off the automation, should you need to go back to using it manually.
- Evertime Last Sync: We now show the last sync time on the Manage Integrations to allow you to see when it was last run and see when it’s due to run again.
What’s Fixed
- Timesheet Approval Emails: There was a bug in the latest release that sent the approval emails to candidates instead of clients. This bug didn’t allow candidates to approve their timesheets, but instead, receive the email in error.
- Confirm Booking Validation: There was an issue with trying to validate bookings, where the screen was below the designed resolution, which caused the buttons to be hidden. This was updated to reduce the size of the window.
- Expired Document Booking Validation: There was an issue with adding a booking, where the system had determined the document to be expired, when this wasn’t the case.
- Extending Booking Client Notifications: Where the agency didn’t have the booking emails setup, there was an issue with not allowing the booking to proceed until a contact was selected.
- Candidate Declaration Type: There was an issue with this field not saving.
- Adding Tasks: There was a bug introduced in the latest release that prevented tasks from being saved.
- e-Timesheet Download Error: When downloading the timesheets, the system would default to an error message.
