Workflow for the Client VMS
Prerequisites: You must ensure, as an agency, that you have generated your client a secure link for the VMS from within the Booking requests screen.

When your client opens the link, the will see the following screen:

From this screen, clients will be able to add a request for you to fulfil. They will be able to select from the list of positions you have in your database and they will be able to add a new location and report to contact, as shown below.

Once the client has submitted a request, they will see the following message:

The client will be able to track your progress on the allocation of candidates, as shown below:

When the assigned status is red, the agency hasn’t allocated any candidates. when the assigned status is orange, they have begun allocating candidates and when the status is green, they have fully fulfilled the role you required.
