What’s New or Changed
This section highlights brand-new functionality added to the product.
- Onboarding to allow custom questions per onboarding form.
 Allows agencies to specify what additional questions belong to which onboarding form.
- Candidate Search for Non-Compliant Candidates
 Candidate Search now includes an option to include or exclude Non-Compliant Candidates.
- Add Task, Log Call, Log Email directly within contact record
 Added the streamlined ability to log a call, task or email directly within the client contact’s record.
- Mapping of CentricFlow Rate Cards to Evertime
 We are now able to use the Rate Cards in CentricFlow, with support into Evertime for them.
What’s Improved or Fixed
This section covers enhancements to existing features, performance optimizations, or user experience refinements.
- Onboarding thank you message to reflect application
 Updated the registration message, so that candidates know they have applied for a job, not registered for an account.
- Permanent Payment Milestones
 Agencies are now able to update Payment Milestones up until the point of triggering, where they are then frozen.
- Prevention of Duplicate References on Apps > Jobs
 When an agency now adds a job, there is a lookup that will determine if the ID has been used before and prevent this from being re-used.
- Bulk Opt-In Contacts
 Where you are able to bulk opt-out clients from emails from the CRM, you are now able to reverse this action with a Bulk Opt-In.
- Permanent Bulk Transition
 Where you have several candidates within a role, you are to bulk transition their status for the role and also their stage within the role.
- Permanent > Additional Role Statuses
 We have added 2 new closed statuses (Closed – no appointment & Closed – service delivered).
- Permanent > Reopening of closed role.
 We have added the functionality that allows you to re-open a closed role.
- Onboarding Forms mandatory additional job titles
 When Job Titles preferences are set to mandatory, it was asking for both a Primary and Secondary Job Title, which isn’t required, just as long as one was selected.
