Client Details Warning “Workwell Credit Admin Team Approval” – What is this warning and how does it work?

Answer:

The message “This client is currently awaiting approval from the Workwell Credit Admin Team. Once this has been approved, you will receive an email.” is shown when a new client has been added, and the agency has been flagged as a Workwell Funded Customer, meaning that all new clients have to be approved, credit checked etc and the Credit Admin Team will login to the CRM, under their own portal, and be able to then approve the client.

In this status, the client cannot be used for Bookings until they have been approved.
