Timesheets: Client Portal timesheets totals do not match online timesheets module?
Answer:
This issue happens when the client “Online Effective Timesheet Date” field was set to a wrong date which meant that the online timesheets only displayed timesheets submitted after that date.
To rectify this you need to edit the “Online Effective Timesheet Date” field to a older date instead and the figures should now match.
