
What permissions are available to control the Booking Plan?
The following permissions are available against each consultant on CentricFlow, which impact the Booking Plan:
| Permission | Description |
|---|---|
| Booking Plan | When assigned to a consultant, they will have access to the Booking Plan and all it’s function, such as extending, cancelling or updating a Booking. |
| Booking Cancellation (Accidental Bookings) | When assigned to a consultant, they will receive an email when a booking has been cancelled, with the cancellation reason of Accidental Booking. This is because the booking is removed from the Booking Plan. |
| View Own Bookings Only | When assigned to a consultant, the consultant will only be able to see bookings on the Booking Plan, where they are assigned to the client as either the Lead Consultant or as an Additional Consultant. |
