Issue:
Evertime: The candidate column Date_of_birth is compulsory for company types LTD or UMB.
Solution:
With regards to “Evertime: The candidate column Date_of_birth is compulsory for company types LTD or UMB.” this is caused by the Candidate being a Limited Company or Umbrella and not having a Date Of Birth as part of the mandatory fields for Evertime.
This needs to be updated in the Candidate Basic Details > Additional Details section.
Then enter a valid Date Of Birth and then try again.
