Can I override the Rate Card for a specific rate?
Yes, even if you have a Rate Card setup, if you supply the pay and charge rates at the point of adding a booking, these rates will supersede the Rate Card and no automated and advanced calculations will take place.
In the example below, we have supplied a Pay and Charge rate, where a Rate Card exists, so we are telling the system to ignore the Rate Card and use the defined Pay and Charge specifed at the booking.
