What does the message “You have selected a Job Title without a Rate Card” mean when adding a Booking?

When you add a Booking, you see the following message:

This means the job title you have selected does not have a Rate Card setup, so you would need to change the Pay and Charge Rates at the point of the Booking, so that the timesheet data can be captured.
