How do I create a Booking / Placement?

These instructions will guide you through creating a booking on CentricFlow

Prerequisites

  • The Client must already exist.
  • The Candidates must already exist.
  • The Site Contact must already exist.

To add a Booking, simply press the Add Booking button on the menu that appears on all pages on the CRM. The popup will show ready to completed.

In the first column, you will put in the Client, Position (If it already exists, we will filter against the candidates with this asssigned, if it’s new, we will turn that filter off), site address and the approvers.

You then move to the middle column which will specify the booking schedule. You must supply a start date and an end date (You can extend from the plan after this), this just gets the placement created. Then you must select the days this placement is for, for example if you choose 1st January to 31st January and select Mon – Fri, the system will only create it for those days within this period.

Then the last column if where you will allocate you candidate. If the job title you selected already exists, then your candidate must have this job title assigned to their profile. If you created the job title on the Add Booking screen, you don’t need to have this allocated.

Click Add Booking and the booking is now live on the CRM.

Few things to remember:

  • Job Titles – When you select a job title on the left, the system will only allow you to select Candidate’s that have the job title assigned unless it’s a new job title.
  • Compliance – Candidate’s must not have any expired documents
  • There are detailed restrictions that can be setup for the job titles on Settings –> Booking compliance
