Issue:
Evertime: (whilst processing Company) ErrorDetails:Company ID Cannot be longer than 20 characters;Value is:False
Solution:
With regards to “Evertime: (whilst processing Company) ErrorDetails:Company ID Cannot be longer than 20 characters;Value is:False” this is caused because the Candidate Company ID or the Candidate Payroll Provider Company ID or External ID value has more than 20 characters.
If the candidate is a Limited Company then please go to the Candidate Limited Company page and under the section Company Details enter a valid Company ID for the candidate (less than 20 characters).
If the candidate is a Outsourced Payroll Provider then please go to the Candidate Payroll Provider page and under the section Limited Company Details enter a valid Company ID for the payroll provider (less than 20 characters) or under the Main Details enter a valid External ID for the payroll provider (less than 20 characters).
Then try re-import again.
